About Dr. Polo
Dr. Scott Polo
graduated from Cornell University
in 1989
with a bachelor's degree in chemistry. Four years of pharmaceutical research at Merck™ provided a solid medical foundation for attending the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, where Dr. Polo graduated cum laude (with honors) in 1997.
Since that time, Dr. Polo has served the South Jersey community's veterinary needs. Dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, birds, reptiles, foxes, hedgehogs, and a variety of rodent species have benefited from his care in private practice. Lions, tigers, and a wide variety of other zoo animals have benefited from his care at the Cape May County Park Zoo since early 1998.
